Sandra Igwe.

Sandra Igwe is passionate about telling the truth behind motherhood. Speaking about her lived experiences as well as reiterating the stories that hundreds of mothers have shared with her through facilitated discussions. She is a key person of influence who has been able to bridge the gap between the community and service providers.

As a black maternal mental health advocate, she has been a keynote speaker on prominent platforms such as TEDx, Public Health England, Facebook EMEA, Dove Baby, Trades Union Congress, The British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM) and so much more to share the black maternal experience, as well as campaign for black mothers to have access to adequate care in their pregnancy and beyond.
